We coordinate a licensed, independent home inspector. The inspection fee is the only cost you'll ever pay us, arranged directly with our team.

Receive the verdict
A home passes when the inspection finds no major structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing or safety defects.
04
Close at asking or above
Pass, and we present an offer at or above your asking price. You choose the closing date. If it doesn't pass, you may be eligible for a partial refund of your inspection fee.
